Before Entering the Store
A mask or face covering must be worn at all times. If you forgot your mask, we will provide one and will be wearing masks as well.
Non-contact temperature checks are taken before entry.
Hands must be sanitized. We also offer disposable gloves.
In order to best manage capacity + appropriate physical distancing, you should attend your visit alone (unless you are a minor or require assistance).*
*If you'd like someone to join you, just include that info in your online appointment request and we'll ensure there is plenty of safe space for a party of 2.
During Your Exam
Before your exam, we’ll send your patient paperwork via email. Please fill out and submit online before you come in.
We have extended our appointment times to allow for additional time to sanitize before and after each patient.
All surfaces (including chairs, countertops, medical equipment, tools, door handles, etc.) are rigorously disinfected between each exam, after every use and throughout the day.
We're using telehealth services for follow-ups to decrease in-office visits.
Trying on Frames
We've established a concierge style service for frame browsing, selection and try-on. This ensures pre + post sanitization for each + every frame touched, considered and/or tried on.
Our freshly made carrot juice is on pause for now. We miss it too.
Please respect the 6 ft. markings on the floor to maintain a safe distance from other patients
